7-day refund
If Listing Pulse OK isn’t useful, ask within 7 days of purchase for a refund via support@. This policy applies to One Week and Monthly Subscription purchases. Advanced Look is nonrefundable and is excluded from the 7-day window.
How to request
Email support@listingpulseok.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include the email you used at checkout (when checkout is live).
Advertised window
We advertise a 7-day refund for One Week and Monthly Subscription. We are not narrowing that window here.
Advanced Look — nonrefundable
Advanced Look is nonrefundable and is excluded from the 7-day refund. It is a single-property analysis: if the analysis shows a weak deal and you choose not to pursue it, that is not grounds for a refund — the work purchased was the analysis. See pricing and the FAQ.
Renewals and cancellation
Recommended language (pending owner approval): 7 days from the initial purchase; renewals follow the same window from that renewal charge; cancellation stops future billing, with access through the paid-through date.
