• Eligibility: Monthly Subscription customers only who have been subscribed more than 1 month (30+ days paid tenure). Not available to One Week buyers or new subscribers under 30 days.
• Nonrefundable: Advanced Look is excluded from the 7-day refund — the work purchased is the analysis itself.

What an edition is

One edition is that week’s shortlist for Oklahoma City and Tulsa — not a custom analysis of a buyer-submitted address. For an eligible monthly subscriber who wants a deeper look at one property, see Advanced Look .

Billing and delivery

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Editions deliver every Monday (America/Chicago) while the subscription is active. A month of billing is not exactly four issues.

Advanced Look is nonrefundable and is excluded from the 7-day window.

Recommended policy (pending owner approval): 7 days from initial purchase; renewals follow the same window from that charge; cancellation stops future billing with access through the paid-through date. Advanced Look remains nonrefundable.
